PUBLIC HEALTH
The mission of the Butte County Public Health Department (BCPHD) is to protect the public through promoting individual, community, and environmental health. 

To inquire about any violation(s) of any retail food facilities contact the Environmental Management Agency (EMA) by submitting an email request on their website.

The Environmental Health program of San Francisco County ensures the Food Safety Program enforces health code regulations, which may result in administrative actions, by inspecting over 7,000 food facilities. Depending on the type of food preparation it may result in several inspections.
